We are proud to announce that we have recently obtained four professional weather stations from the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro. This upgrade will significantly enhance our weather monitoring capabilities and contribute to improving meteorological safety in Montenegro, particularly for the airfields at Dečić (Tuzi), Brajići (Budva), Dizdarica (Herceg Novi) and Rudo brdo (Andrijevica).
These stations provide detailed information on local weather conditions, including:
- Wind speed and direction
- Air temperature
- Dew point temperature
- Air pressure
- Air humidity
- The height of the cloud base

The first out of four weather stations has been installed at the Decic airstrip. Another weather station will soon be installed at the Brajici airstrip in Budva, which is an important location due to the high tourist activity and the need for accurate meteorological information. This will further enhance the safety of paragliding in Budva and improve operational conditions. The mentioned location is also known for being one of the most frequently visited. It is worth noting that Budva has a unique microclimate, which emphasizes the importance of precise weather monitoring.
The installation of four professional weather stations is a significant step forward in enhancing meteorological security in Montenegro. These stations will provide faster and more accurate weather information at key locations, which will improve flight safety and be beneficial to the paragliding community. We remain committed to upgrading our infrastructure and technology to ensure that the highest levels of safety and efficiency are maintained in civil aviation.
